ADVERTISING PRODUCTION METHODS SPRING 2016
Kayla was one of the three students who were blessed to ride on the 2015 MVPA Convoy. She rode in a 1944 Willys jeep and had the opportunity to interview many of the people participating in the convoy. This spring, Kayla was able to present about her experience to the West Texas Historical Association. This presentation was a sucess and many people became more familiar with the importance of the Bankhead Highway. Kayla also put together a book that focused on the Bankhead Highway with emphasis on how it came to fruition, how it affected small towns along the highway, and how it impacted media and communication.
ABOUT Kayla Pepper
Kayla is a senior Public Relations and Advertising major with a minor in business marketing. She is from Lubbock, Texas and is a two year member of the HSU Six White Horse drill team. She works on campus in the Communication Department for Dr. Tim Chandler.
